Cannes Film Festival 2024 Lineup Revealed

Festival Unveils Competition, Out of Competition, Midnight Screenings, Cannes Premiere Selections
The official selection for the 77th Cannes Film Festival has been revealed, with 19 films selected for the prestigious Competition section. The lineup includes a mix of established and emerging filmmakers, with some of the biggest names in cinema joining the fray.
Oliver Stone, Paul Schrader, Andrea Arnold, and David Cronenberg are among the renowned directors whose films will be featured in Competition. Other notable entries include Francis Ford Coppola, George Lucas, George Miller, and Yorgos Lanthimos.
The festival will also feature a number of Out of Competition screenings, including films from Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, and Quentin Tarantino. The Midnight Screenings section will showcase a selection of genre films, while the Cannes Premiere section will feature films that have already been released in other markets.
